only thing was that the shower pressure was a bit weak and it took ages for the hot water to come through.

Couple's perfect getaway
Staff were helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The food was great, especially the triple fried chips with aioli, an addiction in the making.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it for what we experienced.

Unexpectedly Amazing!
We had 1 night here, and wow, the food totally surprised us. I thought it’d just be pub grub, but it was delish! The staff were super nice, especially Jack, always ready to help. Only bummer was the place got a bit crowded. Still, if you're looking for a great meal and vibe, this is it!

Comfortable Stay with Great Local Eats
A cozy retreat for our couple getaway. Highlight was Gail's Bakery, just a short walk away for delicious pastries. Friendly staff at the pub downstairs made our evenings enjoyable. Fair warning, a steep staircase to rooms. Plan for a longer commute to central attractions!

The food was quite impressive, especially the scotch eggs, which I can't stop raving about! While I did have a frustrating experience with slow service and a mix-up regarding our table, the atmosphere and overall vibe made the outing worthwhile. I'd still recommend giving it a shot.
